Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PokerCom ("the App"), operated by Stackr AS ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. What the App Does

PokerCom is a score-tracking and group-management tool for home poker games. It tracks buy-ins, cash-outs, results, and statistics. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling, online poker play, or financial transactions of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

5. Groups and User Content

The App lets you post content such as comments and reactions within your groups ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post, and you must have the right to post it.

Community guidelines

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post User Content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any group or individual
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
• Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone's rights
• Is spam, a scam, or deceptive
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

If you see a comment that breaks these guidelines, you can report it from within the App (long-press the comment). You can also block another user, which hides their comments from you. Reported comments are reviewed by the group's administrators, who can remove any comment in their group. We also reserve the right to remove User Content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We aim to review reported content and act on it promptly.

6. Subscriptions (PokerCom Pro)

The App offers an optional paid subscription called PokerCom Pro ("Pro"). Pro unlocks additional features such as creating more groups, hosting unlimited games, full leaderboard access, full statistics, and ad-free use.

• Plans and pricing. Pro is offered as a monthly plan and an annual plan. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase and may differ by region. Apple and Google set the actual local price; the prices displayed in the App are the local-currency prices they report.
• Billing. All payments are processed by Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android). You will be charged through the account you used to download the App.
• Auto-renewal. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew at the price shown for the next period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play refund support).
• Free trial / introductory offers. If a free trial or introductory price is offered, terms will be shown in the App at the time of purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard price.
• Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore an active subscription using the "Restore purchase" option in the upgrade screen, provided you sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account that purchased it.
• Changes to Pro. We may add, change, or remove features included in Pro. Material reductions to existing Pro benefits will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for the accuracy of game results or statistics entered by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App (including any subscription fees you have paid in the previous 12 months) shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in that period or USD 50.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription with Apple or Google — you must cancel it separately through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Norway, unless your local consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
